Statement Retrieval
Endpoint: /api/payment/statement
Parameters to be transmitted:

| start_date | start date and time of the temporal interval in the format Y-m-d H:i:s |
| end_date | end date and time of the temporal interval in the format Y-m-d H:i:s |
The response will include an array called payments, which contains the responses to the status requests for the selected period of time
